1. Introduction

It is hereby prohibited the creation of hyperlinks to any of the elements of the webpage without prior authorization from the company, provided that it is not a Site’s page which does not require identification or authorization for its access, or which is restricted. 

In any case, the Site reserves all the rights over the content, information, data and services which holds over those. The Site does not grant any license or authorization of use to the Sser over its contents, data or services, other than the one which is expressly detailed on the Site’s terms of use.

7. Applicable Law, Legal Jurisdiction and Notifications

These terms are ruled and interpreted in terms of the Chilean Law. For any claim the Courts of Santiago, Chile will have the jurisdiction.
